Guests are liable for any damage, loss, or theft of the tent during this period. Any necessary repairs or replacement costs due to misuse, negligence, or failure to return the tent will be the guest's responsibility.
Additionally, guests are responsible for monitoring weather conditions and using their judgment to safely take down the tent in the event of bad or windy weather. Failure to do so, resulting in damage to the tent or other property, will be considered the guest’s liability.
This covers both general liability and the specific responsibility regarding weather conditions.
